1. What if I give my login and password to someone else so they can use it to download the models without paying?
Zack Petroc Studios reserves the right to terminate any premium membership, at any time, if a member willingly shares their login and password with anyone who plans to download or view this content without authorization. If you believe your login and password has been compromised please contact us immediately and click on your user name at the top of the page to change your password.

2. What is your refund policy?
Because of the instant access granted to all of the models and videos on our site we can NOT offer any type of refund, including any type of partial or pro-rated refund.

3. How will I know which models I’ve downloaded and which videos I’ve watched?
The models and videos you download are linked to your account. When you login, the icons for each model and video will let you know which assets you have access too. Premium Members automatically have access to all videos and files, as well as any updates that take place within the time frame of their membership.

4. What if I lose a model or video I have paid for and downloaded due to a hard drive crash or other unforeseen circumstance?
If you are a Premium Member you will always have access to the download links for all models and videos. Regular members who have purchased but lost assets can email tiffany@zackpetroc.com and your download link will be reinstated.
